Their Future Is Now

As someone who works with kids and families every day, it’s really important to me to give back to my community wherever I can, so when my friend Hoi asked that I consider doing some pro bono photography and design for a “Save Our Schools” campaign to raise funds for a local school district, I was in.

So, it is no secret that I am extremely proud and grateful to have been involved with Full Circle Farm since the project was in the pre-proposal process. Nowadays, I maintain the farm’s flickr account, and try to do a walkabout in my role as official farmtographer at least a couple of times a month. So when Kiwi magazine wanted a picture to accompany their story on “Moms of the Revolution,” you can bet I jumped at the chance! It is my first shot in a national publication, and it’s definitely a thrill!
